It is needless to say that celebrities have been making sure to spread awareness through their social media among their fans to stay home and not get exposed to the novel coronavirus. On Sunday, in a great show of unity, almost the whole of Indian celebrities shut off the lights in their houses and lit up candles, earthen lamps, and torches in a symbolic gesture of solidarity to mark the nation’s fight against the coronavirus.
In Mollywood, almost all the celebrity fraternity showed their full support to #9PM9Minutes initiative. The actors like Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Jayasurya, Dulquer Salmaan, Anusree, Honey Rose, Bhama and many others shared glimpses of how they fulfilled their part of being a citizen of India by lighting candles during this time.
