Vishal to the rescue of Vijay Sethupathi

'96' the movie starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha as childhood lovers has got unanimous praise from critics and has also caught on the imagination of the audiences as well. However the release of the film on Thursday became a question mark as producer Nandagopal owed rupees three crores to a financier and 1.5 Crores to Vishal that he had borrowed during the production of 'Kaththi Sandai'. At the last moment Vijay Sethupathi intervened and took over the four and a half crores loan on his shoulders and only after that the film hit the screens.
Vishal has today released a statement in which he has said that he could not sleep the whole night after Vijay Sethupathi took over the loan on his shoulders. Since he had experienced this type of pain on many occassions he did not want the same for his colleague. Hence Vishal has taken back the 1.5 Crore loan for which he would be paying the interest till Nandagopal can repay him. The Nadigar Sangam Secretary has wished that '96' would become a super hit and give delight to its stars.
