An Ohio based 8 year old boy has become a hero after his swift action saved him as well as his elder sister from a kidnapping attempt. Chance and his sister Skylar were in the backseat of their grandmother's car, and she had been taking a woman to hospital traveling via Middletown.

As the grandmother Nita Coburn got out of the car to help take the woman to the emergency, a stranger got into the car and drove away from the place. When Skylar tried to jump, the man held her by her hoodie, and Chance had opened the car door already. He held his sister firm, and pulled her from the kidnapper's hold and they both fell down the moving car.

The video of the car being driven away and the kids jumping out of the car have been captured on security cameras, and on the other side, grandmother Coburn also is seen trying to get hold of the thief, but is dragged for some distance before falling. The criminal involved was identified as Dalvir Singh, and was arrested, and Middletown Police have planned to honour the 8 year old Chance for his brave act.
