Actor Suriya's 'Thaana Serndha Koottam' is getting ready to hit the screens in January 2018 as a Pongal festival treat. The film directed by Vignesh Shivan has been recently wrapped up. 

We all know that the film's star cast includes many big names such as Karthik, Senthil, Ramya Krishnan and RJ Balaji apart from Suriya and Keerthy Suresh who plays the female lead.

Now the latest revelation is that actress Meera Mithun who played an important role in this year's critically acclaimed film '8Thottakkal' has also acted in this film in an important role.

Meera has confirmed this in a recent interview, but has not revealed any details about her character as the team wants to maintain suspense over that. She has however said that she plays a very interesting character in the film.
