Man suspected of coronavirus infection dies in India

It has been reported that a 76-year-old man from Karnataka's Kalaburagi, who was suspected to be infected with the novel coronavirus, has passed away.
According to reports, the man's sample had been sent to a lab for testing and while waiting for the results, he allegedly died. It is yet to be confirmed whether he died of the deadly infection, that has been terrorizing the world in the last couple of months with rising cases and fatalities. Over 60 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country, as several states, including Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Ladakh, Pune, Telangana, New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir, reported fresh cases recently. Three infected people from Kerala and one person from Tamil Nadu have reportedly recovered fully.
The novel coronavirus, now officially called Covid-19, has claimed the lives of more than 4200 people and infected over 115800 people across the world. The virus was first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, in China. As the death toll and overall cases began rising rapidly across the world, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global health emergency.
