Winners of 70th National Awards announced: Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan 1' and Dhanush's 'Thiruchitrambalam' win big!

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced the winners of the 70th National Film Awards in Delhi today, honouring films certified by the CBFC in 2022. Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan Part 1' emerged as a major winner, securing four awards, including Best Tamil Film. Nithya Menen took home the Best Actress award for her performance in Dhanush's 'Thiruchitrambalam'. Below is the complete list of winners for the 70th National Film Awards.
