The 64th Filmfare Awards (South) were given to the winners at a grand ceremony held at Hyderabad.

Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman has won his 15th Filmfare South Award for the Best Music Director for his phenomenal work in last year's 'Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada' directed by Gautham.

National Award winning film 'Joker' has won the Filmfare award for the Best Film (Tamil). 'Irudhu Suttru' bagged three awards for Best Actor male and female (Madhavan and Ritika Singh) and the Best Director (Sudha Kongura).

Suriya won the Best Actor Award of Critic's Choice for his triple role performance in '24' while Trisha won the same award for a female actor for her stunning performance as a conniving politician in 'Kodi'.
