‘Bombay Talkies’ is one such movie which is being eagerly awaited... The project put together by four ace directors - Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee. Moreover, it boasts of iconic star Amitabh Bachchan who has given his humble presence for this film which is made to celebrate 100 years of cinema

Its no news that Big B who plays a very important link to Anurag’s short story in ‘Bombay Talkies’ will be doing a cameo in the movie. According to buzz, the megastar will even play himself in the film, meeting an ardent fan who comes to visit him from Allahabad.

Sources say Anurag’s short film will have a special song dedicated to the veteran actor. And interestingly the song will be released this Sunday right outside his iconic Juhu house Prateeksha.

Said the source, "Bachchan will play a cameo in the film. There is a surprise in store for him where a flash mob of 60 Bachchans (artistes dressed and masked like Bachchan) will launch the song in front of his home. Big B has a tradition of having fans gathering outside his house on Sunday evenings in the hope of catching a glimpse of the veteran."

‘Bombay Talkies’ is slated to release on 3rd May 2013.
