A number of films made in shoe string budget and minimum number of days have made roar in the box office in the past. Here is a Kannada film Â6-5=2Â rocking with no publicity done for the film in the last fifty days. On knowing the trailer and promo in the You Tube a few media persons have given due publicity on own but from the film team the first media address was for the 50 days celebration of the film.
It was a marketing strategy to make the audience believe that it is a real happening ala the ÂBlair Witch ProjectÂ. Ten percent of audience identified the real cast used for the film. I have failed in this aspect says director of Â6-5=2 Ashok addressing the media. I saw the English film ÂBlair Watch Project when I was a student in Chennai Film Institute but I liked only the concept nothing else.
So far kept secret team members  producer Krishna Chaitanya, actors Tanuja, Darshan Apoorva, Pallavi, Vijay Chendur, Naveen, editor Naveen Raj and technical team was present to share the happy moment. Mruthyunjaya was not present from the cast.
The film has won in the BO. It was made at a cost of Rs.30 lakhs. Rs.40 lakhs was spent on publicity, Rs.1.70 crore is the selling price for Mars distribution. The film made a net of Rs.4 crores plus in the last fifty days informs producer Krishna Chaitanya.
