Dhoni’s six against Australia was already superb, but the reaction of Captain Kohli was almost as epic as the shot itself. He stopped running and stood in absolute shock for a few seconds and then began to smile and laugh.

2) Virat Kohli telling Indian fans not to boo Steve Smith - Kohli also gestured to Indian fans not to boo at Steve Smith who was fielding in the deep. This thoughtful gesture is being appreciated by fans, players and many more. He said in the post-match presentation: “I felt for him and told him sorry on behalf of the crowd. In my opinion that's not acceptable.” 

With India fans giving Steve Smith a tough time fielding in the deep, @imVkohli suggested they applaud the Australian instead.

3) Indian fan carrying display of the Balidan Badge - Following the ICC refusing to allow the Balidan insignia on MS Dhoni’s gloves, a fan showing support brought a big display of the symbol which he held up proudly. Practically the whole nation stands with him. 

There is a 'lot' which can be done besides mere boycotting!

4) Vijay Mallya at The Oval - Not many be aware that the match yesterday was attended by former Kingfisher Airlines boss Vijay Mallya. He said: "I am here to attend the game." He was met with shouts of “Chor hai” or ‘You are a thief’ when he was leaving the venue after the match. He also posted a tweet of himself with his son after the win.

5) India's highest ever total against Australia in World Cups - India scored their highest World Cup total against Australia, a whopping score of 352. All the batsmen were in full form in yesterday’s match. Shikhar Dhawan impressed with a score of 117 and was ably supported by Virat Kohli who hit 82 runs.
