3.5 Crore for climax

The dashing director of Kannada cinema N Omprakash Rao has planned a mega climax for ‘AK 56’ Kannada film that happens to be his 25th direction.

For the climax director Rao is using 20 bogies of railway department, pressing three helicopters and utilizing the services of 300 persons for 20 days. One of the bogies is set on fire and ‘Over Cam’ from London fitted to the helicopter capture this ghastly accident created for the film. For the completion of this action scene for ‘AK56’ director Rao calculated Rs.3.5 crores expenditure. This is the first Kannada film to capture the climax in such a huge budget. This is the budget of a star actor film that Rao is using for the climax.

At Theni in Tamil Nadu district Rao has planned this climax portion and he has applied for the permission from the South Central Railway for providing 20 bogies to this film.

Siddanth and Shirin are in the lead roles of ‘AK 56’. Silver Screen Pictures maiden venture ‘AK 56’ is produced by B Venkatesh Babu. S Manohar is the cameraman. Sharat Babu, Sumalatha, Avinash, Bullet Prakash, Atul Kulkarni, Lokanath, Kishori Ballal, Satyajith, Sangeetha, Suchitra and others are in the cast.
