Dom, a Brazilian baby is all set to celebrate his 6-month birthday after battling the deadly Coronavirus and being in coma for more than a month in the hospital. The baby is now healthy and has recovered completely.

Within few months after birth, Dom was diagnosed with the novel Coronavirus at the Pro-Cardiaco hospital in Rio de Janeiro. Dom had been in the hospital for 54 days with 32 days of them being placed in induced coma, connected to ventilator.

As said by Dom's father Wagner Andrade, the baby had breathing difficulty breathing which the doctors thought to be bacterial infection. But as the situation worsened, doctors took a swab test and he was diagnosed with Now, the baby Dom has recovered and will celebrate his 6-month birthday on June 14 with his parents.
