As per a news agency report, a major fire accident in Bengaluru has gutted about 300 vehicles on Saturday afternoon.  The tragedy took place at the venue of Aero India-2019 event in Yelahanka.

As per early reports, a lit cigarette might have caused this huge accident.  Since the area is replete with dry grass, the accompanying strong winds rapidly spread the fire.  The security personnel at the venue were seen engaged in dousing the fires.

The show has been temporarily suspended.  Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far.  There were about 300 cars parked at the venue.
