It’s a fairly crowded time at the theatres this week in Kerala. Three major films are locking horns today. Jenith Kachappily's 'Mariyam Vannu Vilakoothi', Prashobh Vijayan's 'Anveshanam' and Anand Menon's 'Gauthamante Radham'. Interestingly, all the three directors came together on a single Facebook live promoting their respective films.

Gauthamante Radham

Directed by debutant Anand Menon, 'Gauthamante Radham' features Neeraj Madhav in the lead role while Punya Elizabeth plays the leading lady. Neeraj Madhav essays the title character of Gauthaman in the family entertainer. The film’s main highlight is its third character — a car, which plays an important role in the flick. The recently released romantic track ‘Uyire’ crooned by South Indian sensation Sid Sriram has grabbed the attention of many on social media.

Mariyam Vannu Vilakkoodhi

'Mariyam Vannu Vilakkoodhi' already impressed the audience with the innovative teasers and promos. Starring Sethulakshmi, Siju Wilson, Krishna Sankar, and Shabareesh Varma, in the lead roles, ‘Mariyam Vannu Vilakkoothi’ promises to be a fun ride for the audience. Rajesh Augustine is backing the project under the banner of ARK Media.

Anveshanam

Jayasurya-Shruthi Ramachandran starrer thriller 'Anveshanam' is one of the much-awaited thrillers of Malayalam cinema. Directed by Prasobh Vijayan of ‘Lilli’ fame, the movie is touted to be a medical thriller. Actors Vijay Babu, Lena, Nandu, Lal, Leona Lishoy, Srikanth Murali, Jai Vishnu, Shaju Sreedhar and many others are part of the supporting cast. Scripted by debutant Francis Thomas, the movie has already garnered positive responses from the special screening held for celebrities.
