Once again old stuff is fed to the Kannada audience. Normally the gap in remake from other language to Kannada was one to two years. Now it is 13 years old Samudram` coming to Kannada as Paramashiva` – V Ravichandran is doing what Sharat Kumar had done. The other two films are shoe string budget movies Pandhya` a game of life as caption and Nenapideya` a horror filled suspense movie hitting the silver screen.

PARAMASHIVA` – V Ravichandran sitting pretty with two remake giving him lost image in the box office – Maanikya as father to Kichcha Sudeep and in Drishyam` father to two children – both doing well in the box office tries the aged look in Paramashiva` with long hair. This film shooting was started four years ago and producer Anaji Nagaraj financial crunch delayed this project. The audio of this film Paramashiva` was released by challenging star Darshan.

Paramashiva` is set in the village backdrop with V Ravichadran as big brother with two brothers and one fond sister. It is a revenge saga and how the villains transform is the crux of the film, Arjun Janya has done music for this film and producer Anaji Nagaraj basically a cameraman has wielded camera.

The film is set in lush green forest backdrop with many pressing moments for protagonist. There is lot of confusion for hero in solving the difficulties in his life. Director Srinivas has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film.
