One remake and two original films hitting the silver screen this week all over Karnataka. A director of high reputation with two hundred days films Pawan Wadeyar turning hero, Sangeetha Bhat as new heroine, debut director Veerendra, Vijayakumar Mangsule is new joint producer with Yogaraj Movies in ‘Priti Giti Ityadi’. This is the film that has raised lot of hopes.

Among other two ‘Jamboo Savari’ is a remake of Telugu film ‘Swami Raa Raa’ in Kannada by Venugopal while ’24 Carat’ is a love story from veteran director Umesh.

PRITI GITI ITYADI – director as hero Pawan Wadeyar plays the role of a Bar employee where he meets the ultra modern girl that is Sangeetha Bhat. The film has interesting point to describe for the masses in the society. It is love there after narrated in different style by Veerendra of Yogaraj Bhat camp. There are only eight characters in the film.

This Jamboo Savari is remake of Telugu film ‘Swami Ra Ra’ of 2013. First time Prajwal Devaraj plays the pick pocket role. Venugopal of E Bhumi Aa Baanu has directed this remake film with S Premkumar as music director.

Prajwal, Chytra Rai and Mithra are thieves in small range. They go for something big for settling down in life. How problematic for the trio with leading lady Niki – sister of popular actress Sanjana in her second film.

24 CARAT – a director of nearly three decades experience Umesh of ‘Avale Nanna Hendthi’ ‘Thumbida Mane’ and others is with a charged up story line to present himself to the generation. ’24 Carat’ - indirectly the director is telling his subject as precious as 24 carat gold this is referred to gold.

Here the love is as pure as 24 carat gold according to S Umesh a senior director. Four songs are part of this film. Top cop of yesteryears BK Shivaram has acted in this film. Rishikumaraswamy and Nurse Jayalakshmi are also in guest roles.
