Straight films:

Chandamama was another sensational hit of 2007. This was a Krishnavamsi film.

But it did not have huge openings as the cast was full of small actors. But the film won the marathon by being there forever.

Kajal Agarwal is still being chased by filmmakers for being a part of the film. Krishnavamsi proved a point finally – that director is indeed the captain of the ship.

Hello Premistara got some interesting reviews and it was produced by Puri Jagannath’s Vaishno Academy. He also directed the most anticipated film of 2007 – Chiruta.

The film was the launch pad of megastar Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Teja.

Though the film had an average run, Puri ensured that the acting skills of Ram Charan were highlighted in the best possible way.
