The audio of Rajinikanth's splendid magnum opus, '2.0', will be released at a colorful event to be held on Oct 27 in Dubai.  

The news is that sources from Chennai are saying on Sunday that Lyca Productions has earmarked Rs. 12 Cr for the event.  The venue is Burj Park (near the iconic Burj Khalifa structure).  

What is going to make it a world-class is the special AR Rahman LIVE performance.  

In the month of November, the Teaser will be released in Hyderabad.  In December, the Trailer will be unveiled amid fanfare in Chennai.  The date is expected to be the 12th of that month, marking Superstar's birthday.  

Going by the huge hype for the Shankar-directed movie in even the Telugu States, the film is a 'Baahubali' in its own right.  The Telugu theatrical rights have been sold out for Rs. 81 Cr.  

It will hit the screens on 25 January 2018
