The most-awaited teaser of Mohanlal`s upcoming film, 1971 Beyond Borders, directed by Major Ravi, is finally out. The teaser introduces the central character Colonel Mahadevan, in the most charismatic way. It gives a glimpse of a fun-loving Naadan Malayali aspect of Mahadevan, who enjoys a rural festival.

Towards the end of the 34 secs teaser, we also see soldiers and heavy artilleries of the Indian Army marching forward, firing at the enemy. Audiences are now going gaga over the movie and expectations are riding high! No wonder the movie teaser is trending top in Youtube India nearing 3 lakhs views, in less than 24 hours.

1971 Beyond Borders, which is the fourth installment in the Major Mahadevan series, directed by Major Ravi features Mohanlal in a double role. Asha Sarath plays the female lead in the film, along with Allu Sirish, Srushti Dange and Bollywood actor Arunoday Singh playing important roles. Produced by Haneef Mohammed for Red Rose Creations, the movie will hit the theatres in April.
