After the super hit movie ‘Drishyam 2’, actor Mohanlal and director Jeethu Joseph are teaming up again for yet another suspense thriller. On Monday, the actor and the director took to their respective social media pages and made the surprise announcement. Titled 12th Man, the upcoming project will be a complete mystery thriller. Unveiling the title poster of the movie, Jeethu Joseph wrote, “Happy to announce my next Malayalam movie with Lalettan. Need all your blessings and support.”

Meanwhile, Mohanlal wrote: "Happy to announce my upcoming movie '12th Man' with Jeethu Joseph, produced by Antony Perumbavoor." The poster has the silhouette of Mohanlal standing outside a bungalow. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, Mohanlal will start shooting for ‘12th Man’ before actor Prithviraj’s second directorial ‘Bro Daddy’. On the other side, the shoot of Jeethu Joseph's ‘Ram’ starring Mohanlal and Trisha in the lead roles, has been temporarily canceled due to the pandemic. It is reported that foreign countries are also major locations of the movie. Mohanlal is currently awaiting the release of ‘Marakkar-Arabikadalinte Simham’ and ‘Aarattu’.
