12-year-old interviews politicians, wants to contest elections

Gurmeet Goyat is just 12 but he has already interviewed something like 100 famous people, ranging from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to some big names in the Haryana politics. Hailing from Jind in Haryana, the boy has a dream. He wants to become a politician one day.
"It was my grandfather's dream to see me make a name for myself in society. He is no more. I regret he could not see me doing it. I have done more than 100 interviews till now, I started making videos in January this year," the inspiring Goyat says.
His ultimate aim is to serve the people in the role of a representative. "I want to pursue journalism till 2034 and contest elections after that, I will contest as an independent candidate," he says. This is called pukka planning.
