12 year old girl dies after walking 100 kms to home!

A 12 year old girl named Jamalo Madkam had left her home before two months ago with some if her friends and relatives to work in a chilli farm in Telangana, but came back home dead, as she walked a long way home due to coronavirus lockdown.

As reported by officials, the tribal girl passed away on April 18 because of l electrolyte imbalance and exhaustion as she walked continuosly for three days along with 13 others. Jamalo Madkam walked around 100 km and unfortunately died just 11 km short of her home located in Aded in Chhattisgarh.

Jamalo was the only child of Andoram (32) and Sukamati Madkam (30) who lead a life selling the products collected by them from forests. Following the news of Jamalo Madkam's death, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has announced Rs 1 lakh relief for her family.
