'Bheemla Nayak' is slated to hit the screens on February 25 (most probably, now that night curfews have been lifted in Andhra Pradesh and the 50% occupancy norm is soon likely to be removed). Meanwhile, a 11-year-old child named P Navadeep from Jagityal has reportedly died by suicide over the film.
Media reports today said that Navadeep had requested his father for Rs 300 so that he can make an advance booking for the Pawan Kalyan-starrer. The father either refused to give the money or postponed the matter. Hurt by the rejection, the child rushed into his room and locked himself up. The father ignored the issue for a while. But he grew suspicious later and tried to break into the room. He discovered by peeking through the window that his child had by then hung from the ceiling with a 'pancha'.
The news has come as a shocker. In the past, we have heard of incidents such as this one.
'Bheemla Nayak', co-starring Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menon and others, has music by Thaman. It is produced by Sithara Entertainments.
