While most of us point to a plethora of excuses for not getting off our couch and sweating it out few times a week, here is a 100 year old man who has broken the world record in 60 m sprinting. Orville Rogers, a 100 year old former World War II bomber pilot timed a record 19.13 seconds to achieve the feat.
At the same time, Julia Hawkins (102 years old) set a record ini the same event for women timing an impressive 24.79 seconds. Both the participants broke the records at the USA Track and Field Masters Indoor Championship.
