Sri Lankan singer Yohani became an overnight sensation in India after her song 'Manike Mage Hithe' got viral in the country. The song has around 150 million views on YouTube and it has also been used in countless Instagram reels. The song made Yohani a star and now she is all set to make her Bollywood debut in Ajay Devgan starrer 'Thank God'.
Apparently, the singer has struck a deal with filmmakers Indra Kumar and Bhushan Kumar and she's going to sing the Hindi version of her popular song for the film. She shared the news through her latest Instragram post. Sharing a picture with Indra Kumar, Yohani wrote, "Ecstatic to be a part of Bollywood. Hindi version of the song #ManikeMageHithe will be in the film #ThankGod. Couldn't be more excited!!" The offical account of T-series also announced the collaboration.
The sensational singer also made appearances on reality shows like 'Big Boss' and 'The Big Picture'. Talking about her upcoming team up with T-series, Yohani said, "I have received tremendous love and support from India and am extremely grateful to Bhushan Kumar, Indra Kumar and the entire team of Thank God for presenting the Hindi version of my track in the film. I am looking forward to visiting India soon.”
