Superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming Telugu-Tamil bilingual Brahmotsavam release date has been shifted from April 8 to April 29 says the buzz. Producer Prasad V Potluri has made up his mind to push the release by three weeks only to avoid a clash with Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kabali. The makers of Rajinikanth's film have zeroed in on April 10 as the release date of the film, just four days ahead of Tamil New Year.

With Brahmotsavam rescheduling the release date, it is worth mentioning that the release of Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Sarainodu are likely to be delayed. Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film is a family entertainer and also features Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha and Pranitha Subash as the female leads. Currently, the shooting of the film is progressing at rapid pace in RFC, Hyderabad and soon after this schedule, the production team will shift to Ooty for a new schedule.
