Akhilesh Yadav Meets Chiranjeevi At His Residence

Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mr. Akhilesh Yadav met Central Minister for Tourism Mr. Chiranjeevi at latter's residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. In a press release by the Office of Ministry of Tourism, it was disclosed that the two leaders discussed several official and professional matters.

The statement said “The Ministare for Tourism Mr. Chiranjeevi discussed 'Clean India' program by the Tourism Dept with a focus on Taj mahal and Varanasi in UP. The CM of UP added his own contribution of Rs. 24 Cr to the Tourism Ministry's allocation of Rs. 22 Cr. The minister explained about the site of 5 acres in Amethi in UP earmarked for the establishment of 'Institution of Hotel management' and also congratulated the CM, UP for the initiative he is taking for the development of tourism in UP. He also congratulated the young CM for inspiring youth take up Politics as a profession..."

The duo then conversed about movies and the CM expressed his watching Chiranjeevi's movies when he was studying in Mysore. He also said he was eager to watch Ram Charan's Zanjeer and wished him good luck in his career.

Also present in the meeting were PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana, Ministers Vatti Vasantha Kumar, Danam Nagender, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, MPs T. Subbarami Reddy. Anjan Kumar Yadav, MLAs Kannababu and Ellampalli Srinivas etc...
