Udaykiran and Reshma are playing the lead couple in 'Jai Sriram' directed by Balaji N Sai, presented by Multidimensions and produced by Tella Ramesh and NCH Rajesh on the banner of Five Star Entertainments. The film had completed the shooting formalities and is presently busy in the post- production activities. The first teaser of the film was released on Sankranti day.

Speaking on the occasion, Udaykiran says, I played the lover boy characters so far. For the first time, I am appearing in an action hero role now. This is the first film which I liked very most in my 12 years career in the film industry. I am hoping that my career would take a twist towards success with this film. Definitely it will give me another break in my career.

Vasu of Multidimension says,'This film is the beginning of the second innings for Udaykiran. There are several elements that could attract the mass audiences. The story and its movement are very gripping.’ Producers say, we are planning to launch the audio in the first week of February and release the film by the last week of the same month.

Harish Kalyan, Aditya Menon, Chalapati Rao, MS Narayana, Ali, Benarjee and others are in the cast. Music is by Dake, camera is by Akkineni Venkat and Arif, art is by Bhaskara Raju while lyrics are by Varaprasad.
