The list of cast and crew members of Damarukam has largely been kept under the wraps. The film stars Prakash Raj in a key role. Though a socio-fantasy flick, there is the usual dose ace comedians, too.

Aside from Prakash Raj, Giri Babu has a pride of place in the casting. Brahmanandam, Jeeva, Krishna Bhagawan, Avinash, Prabhu, Sameer, Duvvasi Mohan, Raghu Babu, Rama Raju, Kavitha, Geethanjali, Pragathi, Apoorva and Shravan are part of the cast.

The very familiar MS Narayana and Brahmaji have cameos.

Written by Veligonda Srinivasa Rao, the film has cinematography by Chota K Naidu. Fights are by Vijay. Art is by Ashok. Editing is by Gautham Raju. Dance choreography is by Raju Sundaram, Dinesh and Swarna.
