Vasool Raja is a film where Navdeep will be seen in a mass role for the first time in his career. Sri Hari will play the role of a police officer, who has a showdown with Navdeep in the story.

Directed by Karthikeya Gopalakrishna, the film is being produced by Batthula Rathanpandu and Mahankali Diwakar. Starting from Aug 22, the film has been shot at a stretch. It will be wrapped up in October. Vasool Raja will hit the screens in November.

"This is a pucca mass entertainer. For Navdeep, it is a tailor made role. Sri Hari and Navdeep scenes will be in a tussle mode. There are five songs in total, and Chinni Charan has given good music. Ramaswamy's dialogues will be another attraction," the director said.

Reethu Barmecha, Sathyam Rajesh, Geetha Bhagath are part of the cast. Brahmanandam will also be seen.
