Sandeep Kishan celebrates his birthday today (May 7). As he grows a year older, he looks forward to making his impact felt in this year. He debuted with Sneha Geetham and became familiar in a negative role in Prasthanam.

"I feel lucky to have got the opportunity to do a Bollywood film (Shor In The City) so early in my career. This year, I have two big projects on hand. I am the second hero in Lakshmi Prasanna's Gundello Godari. I am also looking forward to the release of Routine Love Story. Besides, I have a couple of films lined up this year," the young actor says.

He learnt direction from Gautham Menen and acting on his own. His Bollywood debut, Shor In The City, where he played a tailor-made role, won him critical applause but gave him nothing else. He has not been able to consolidate his position in an industry for the simple reason because he is not getting the right films
