We have always known that Pawan Kalyan and Ali are inseparable. Their friendly association dates back to many years. At the audio launch of Panjaa, Pawan Kalyan could not resist himself from wearing his affection for Ali on his sleeves.

In his brief speech, he made it a point to tell that his mother would always wonder whether he will ever do a film without Ali.

It is believed that Pawan regards Ali as a lucky charm. Nobody knows if Pawan if sentimental, but it is true that they both strike a great rapport on screen. For one, Ali has said many times in the past that they freely discuss their scenes in advance and even improvise on the lines. This, we guess, is the secret behind their successful combination over many years.

Ali had shared an interesting anecdote from the Khushi days a while ago. He said how PC Sreeram, a serious-looking person, laughed after he shot the scene where Pawan cries in helplessness after Bhumika finds him guzzling gudumba in a particular scene in Khushi and later curses Ali for his making the matters worse!
