Dialogue-writer Koratala Shiva of Brindavanam and Oosaravelli fame, has turned a director. His new film stars Prabhas in the lead and it will be jointly produced by Vamsi Krishna Reddy (a close associate of the hero) and Pramod Uppalapati on UV Creations. It was announced today that the regular shoot will begin in November.

MM Keeravani switched on the camera and Dil Raju directed the first shot. VV Vinayak gave the first clap.

Speaking on the eve of the announcement, Prabhas said that he is happy to be teaming up with Shiva and the producers. He promised that the film will have all the commercial props to attract all sections of the audience.

The same sentiments were echoed by the producer and the director who spoke earlier. Koratala Shiva wants to show Prabhas in a new avatar (get-up).

Devi Sri Prasad has been drafted to give foot-tapping music. The makers decided not to reveal the names of the two heroines who are going to be part of the movie.
