Actor Srikanth is a rare one who can juggle action entertainers like Drohi, political satires like Duryodhana and Mahatma, devotional flicks like Sri Rama Rajyam and now a traditional film with a message. The latest film, to be directed by V Samudra, was launched on the Dasara day. To be produced by Lagadapati Srinivasa Rao on the banner of LVR Productions, the film drives home the point that there is a need to protect the values of Hindu dharma in the modern times.

"The film tells the story of two brothers who are rivals," said the director. Who is going to play Srikanth's brother? It is suspense for now as the makers are not ready to reveal the part as yet.

The film's regular shooting will commence from the 15th of November and it will be completed in three schedules. Nasser and Brahmanandam are playing two important roles in the movie.

Ghatikachalam is the dialogue writer. While the story is by Swamiji, Nandamuri Hari is the editor. The budget of this film is higher than Samudra's films in the past.
