It was the turn of Ravi Teja to face the ire of self-proclaimed Telangana activists when he was shooting for 'Nippu' at Saddupally village in Hayathnagar. He was made to raise Jai Telangana slogans by the activists who stormed into the shooting spot.

The star obliged the demand of the over 60 activists. They were seemingly placated by the actor's favourable reaction.

However, the unit, helmed by Gunasekhar the director, decided to halt the shoot. Though they had taken police permission, there was no protection offered to them.

It is learnt that the film makers decided not to file a complaint with the police. The unknown activists left the spot after raising a cry without damaging any shooting equipment.
