Creative director Krishnavamsi is known for bringing out nice family entertainers and he had a distinct style of his own. He chose yet another nice family subject for a film titled 'Mogudu' with Gopichand as hero, Tapsee and Sraddha Das as heroines.

Nallamalupu Srinivas is producing the film on the banner of Lakshmi Narasimha Productions. The shooting of the film is almost complete and reached the final stage.

Speaking on the occasion, the producer says, 'Not every person who was born as a male is a not a man. Whoever ties the knot around the neck of a woman can't be called a husband. A man should know his responsibilities and one should understand the mindset of the woman, then only he could be called a husband. This is the basic theme of the movie. It is a beautiful family subject and Krishnavamsi is bringing out the film in a very interesting manner. Dr Rajendra Prasad is playing a very important role and his character would remain a highlight of the movie. Naresh and Roja are playing special roles. Presently the film shooting is in progress at Malaysia and the current schedule would continue till August 26. With this would wrap up the shooting but for the canning of two songs and the climax scenes. We are making efforts to release the film in September.'
