Jagapathi, Priyamani and Kick Shyam-starrer Kshetram is almost done. The film's unit members are back from a schedule in Malaysia, where they shot two songs. Earlier, they had shot on the three main leads in and around Hyderabad, including a long schedule at the Ramoji Film City. Directed by T Venugopal, the film follows a historical narrative. In the film, Jagapathi will be seen as Veera Narasimharayalu and Priyamani will be seen as Nagapenchalamma.

Interstingly, it is about a love story that brews between Shyam, who hails from Rayalaseema, and Priyamani, who lives in the North. The film turns interesting in the run up to the marriage between the two.

The director says that the way the film takes a historical turn will come as an unexpected twist. The flashback episodes will stand out in the narrative, he believes.

Top character artists like Kota Srinivasa Rao, Tanikella Bharani, Brahmaji, Uttej, Rajeev Kanakala are part of the film. Music is by Koti. It is being produced by Sri Balaji Movie Makers.
