One of India's ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan's directorial venture 'Urumi' is all set to release in the first week of August. Malayalam star Prithvi Raj, Vidya Balan, Prabhu Deva, Genelia D'Souza, Tabu, Nitya Menen, Arya et al acted in this prestigious project.

The movie is a story on incidents that happened when Vasco Da Gama discovered sea route to India and reached Kerala in 15th century. This film released in Malayalam few months ago. This film got great reviews in Malayalam and now it is coming up in Telugu.

The logo and audio of this movie will be launched on July 10th in Hyderabad. Yet another popular director Amol Gupte too acted in this movie.

S V R Media Private Limited bought the Telugu distribution rights for this film. Deepak Dev is the music director for the project.

We are yet to see how this biggest ever multi starrer film does at Telugu box office.
