Censor board officials on Wednesday raided Odeon theatre in RTC X roads and seized the prints of Raviteja starrer 'Veera'. Officials allege that the movie unit didn't delete the scenes they had asked them to during the censor cut.

A case was also booked by the police against the film producer and the theatre management under the cinematography act. Four advisory members of the CBFC including Shobha Shankar, Sudhakar Yadav, Padmavathy and Dharma Rao who watched the movie at the theatre found additional violent footage being shown.

They found that the violent scenes had been incorporated in the movie after it was given censor certification. The film released all over the state on May 20. Shobha Kumar said that a few vulgur dialogues which were asked to be removed were also not deleted from this film.

The seized prints of the movie had been sent to Chikkadpally Police station.
