Pirated DVDs of ‘Orange’ caught at Dindigal

A bunch of pirated DVDs of ‘Orange’ film, numbering around 34 and other new releases of Telugu films, i.e., around 150 DVDs, were caught recently at Siri Music World in Suranpur village under Dindigal mandal.

These DVDs were found during a search conducted by the anti-piracy cell instituted by the Anjana Productions under the supervision of a retired ACP Md Vazeeruddin and Mahinder. The anti-piracy cell, in association with the members of AP Film Chamber of Commerce anti-piracy cell, led by retired inspector P Sambasiva Rao and retired sub-inspector B. Narasimha, conducted raids following reliable information and handed over S Pavan, owner of Siri Music World to the Dindigal SI Madhusudhan Rao.

Vazeerudding says, ‘The anti-piracy team warned that thorough searches will be carried out in AP, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and action will be taken to book the culprits and a rigorous punishment would be awarded for those who resort to piracy.
