Srikant and Vimala Raman are playing the lead in ‘Ranga the Donga’ directed and produced by GV in association with CR Manohar Naidu on the joint banner of Golden Lion Films and Godfather Films.

The shooting of the film was completed recently and the post-production works are in progress at Sabdalaya Theatre in Hyderabad.

After ‘Mahatma’, Srikant is doing this film, wherein Srikant is playing the role of a thief but with different style. Vimalaraman is playing a clever cop in this flick.

Chakri scored tunes for the movie and the audio is getting a positive response after its release few weeks ago. It is learnt that the film is being made with an inspiration from a Hollywood flick ‘Out of sight’.

The producers are making efforts to release the film in November.
