Ramgopal Varma is a sensational director no doubt! He’s always created sensation right from his first movie ‘Shiva’ and till date with his ‘Raktha Charithra’. At the audio launch, the director went on to answer a question saying he always does it for publicity.

Answering queries of curious media personnel, RGV typically in his style, soft spoken told a clear statement that his ‘Raktha Charithra’ is only inspired from reality and is a complete fictional story. Quickly responding to this, a journalist questioned the director as to why he had to meet the family of one of the characters of the controversial movie, the director with wits answered that he always did it for publicity and the characters of the said story and their lives were only an inspiration.

RGV at the launch of the movie said that the story of Suri and Paritala Ravi had ample scope for drama and that fascinated him.

Going by the trailers, the movie seems to be the rise of cult action movies in Indian cinema. Another major highlight in ‘Raktha Charithra’ is RGV has song a sung in the Telugu version. The music director of the movie is Mani Sharma, apparently RGV wanted the singers to sing it in one particular way, as no one could satisfy the perfectionist director, he himself took charge of the microphone.
