Sources confirm that the release date of Prabhas-Kajal Agarwal starrer movie Darling has been fixed on April 16. They have just wrapped up the shooting of Darling. The Karunakaran-directed film is now in post-production stages.

The film is produced by Bogavalli Prasad, under the banner Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra. The makers have avoided much publicity hoping to strike the right chord when they come out in open with their final product.

Music-directed by GV Prakash Kumar of 'Ullasanga Uthsahanga' and 'Yuganiki Okkadu' fame, the film has been shot in Switzerland and Araku.

Slated for an April release, the film is quite important for Prabhas and the director, who must be hungry for a smash hit.

The film is learnt to be a romantic comedy and will see Prabhas in a never-seen-before role.
