Director Vamsi is very few of the yesteryesr filmmakers who still pursues the profession of directing with vigour and enthusiasm. Though he impressed the audience with his film Avunu Valliddaru Ishtapaddaru, his later films like Dongaramudu & Party, Konchem Touchlo Unte Cheptha disappointed the fans of his style of film making. Even his recent film Gopi Gopika Godavari came and went without a trace.

However, nothing seems to deter him. He is all set to direct Allari Naresh in a full-fledged comedy entertainer. The film will be produced by ML Kumar Chowdhary, under the banner Sree Keerthi Combines. About the project, the Bendu Apparao actor is very happy. He said, "To act in a Vamsi film has been my long-cherished desire. He has a unique style in doling out entertainment on the silver screen. The film forthcoming in our combination will be a laugh riot."

The proudcer said that Vamsi and Naresh, who are in full form, will far exceed the expectations of the audience. "We are making it as an all-out entertainer."

Music director Chakri is teaming up with Vamsi, again. The film will commence in the month of February. Regular shooting will begin from March. So, expect this film to come up when the mercury is at its peak in May.
