Genelia's Bommarillu performance is still fresh in mind. The actress has always yearned for meaningful roles since, and she had approached directors like Neelankanta.

However, she has got dumb lucky again, we could believe. She is playing a school teacher in her next film Katha, produced by Just Yellow of Gunnam Gangaraju.

A thriller-cum-love story, it seems that Genelia is playing a performance-oriented role in the film. Woman-significant that Katha is, it is to be seen if she is going to give a hands-up performance like Charmme, who in Just Yellow's earlier production 'Anukokunda Oka Roju', did.
