One of the names to remember when we try to depict a fearsome villain is Bhavani Shankar of ‘Shiva’ (1989). The movie gave the biggest break in the career for three big time people in film industry – Nagarjuna, Ram Gopal Varma and Raghuvaran. The debutants later became famous in tinsel town and Raghuvaran took his path of portraying villains efficiently in his career history. His performance in the movies 'Premikudu', 'Oke Okkadu', 'Azaad', 'Suswagatham' are all laudable.

He denoted a new, novel style for villainism whenever he played roles with negative shades. Unfortunately, the talented artist is no more with us. His last film in Telugu ‘Manjeera’ is going to be released soon.

Gautham debuts as a hero and Sridevi plays the heroine in this movie.
