Nowadays it’s a common occurrence in any field be it politics, business or filmdom, the successors are waving in. Tollywood is no different also has been witnessing the entry of many junior stars into the film industry this year.

The most extravagant entry of this year was Nagchainthanya’s. Being the grandson of Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Akkineni Nagarjuna’s son, it is no wonder this third generation hero’s foray into cinema was done in grandeur. Producer ‘Dil’ Raju debuts him in a movie which has been slated for a 2009 release.

The new entrant in the line is Rana. He is the grandson of Dr. D.Ramanaidu, the elder-son of D.Suresh Babu, and nephew to Akkineni Nagarjuna. The young actor has undergone a rigorous fitness regime to slim down and is soon going to enter Tollywood as a hero.

Rana’s first movie is going to be launched in January, by Suresh Productions. The makers have planned to release the movie in 2009. It’s the time to welcome the younger generation of the stars we adored in the past and Tollywood is gearing up to see the emergence of two successors from Ramanaidu’s in the same year.
