We wondered when we saw her in 'Thulasi'. She was decked in sarees all along. So when a little birdie told us that Nayanatara couldnÂt hold Athulith, the boy who played her son in the film, we were surprised.
The reason, they told us was that she was on a strict diet and high protein drinks. Now, we know why. Our Chennai bureau tells us that she did a bikini scene for Ajit's recently released film Billa.
The film is the remake of a popular '70s Rajinikant film and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Don. Naturally, Nayanatara, who is not particularly skinny had to shed weight to show off her curves for the film.
