You can’t really say they were off, but they haven’t been around too. After being spotted in a sexy number at the premier of Chiruta, Tabu is acting in Idee Sangati and now the latest is that she will be playing one of the main heroines in Panduranga opposite Balakrishna.

It will be the first time that they will be doing a film with each other. Given that Tabu gets to do some heavy, emotional dramas in Hindi, she seems to be looking at South to do normal, mainstream cinema.

Given the dearth of Telugu actresses, she is being welcomed back as she grew up in Hyderabad and can understand and speak Telugu.
