TSR Awards announced

It is well aware that noted industrialist, Kala Bandhu, Union minister T Subbarami Reddy is announcing prestigious TSR awards every year. In the same process he had announced TSR awards for the year 2007 recently.

Addressing the media, Awards Committee chairman and Gnanpeeth Awardee, Dr C Narayana Reddy says, 'We are announcing Lifetime Achievement Award to singers 'Mahendra Kapoor, Jesudas and Chitra', while the TSR Star Award went to Padma Shri, Dr Mohanbabu. The National Integration award was announced to social worker Nirmala Deshpande.'

These awards would be presented at a grand function to be held in Vizag on September 17, the birthday of T Subbarami Reddy.
